Job summary

RFgen Software is seeking an impactful Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The SDR role focuses on outreach and communication with prospects and customers, identifying those ready to talk to RFgen to solve business problems, and leveraging enterprise sales tools for cold outreach and MQLs.

This remote position involves prospecting across channels, researching accounts, and developing opportunities for the sales team, while collaborating with Marketing to refine our value

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree and 2-3 years of customer service or sales development experience that included high volume outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, and professionalism.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities.
• Excellent phone-based sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop leads into sales meetings and opportunities.
• Interact daily with prospects via telephone, video, LinkedIn, and email.
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and build opportunities.
• Distribute opportunities to appropriate sales reps with necessary context.
• Overcome objections and maintain productive relationships with prospects.
• Provide feedback to optimize the sales process and align with marketing.
