Job summary

Salas Staffing is a small, fast-moving offshore staffing firm targeting U.S. business owners. You will drive outbound outreach from day one, converting warm leads into booked calls and closed clients, through calls, DMs, emails, and SMS.

You will work with a lean team, using a CRM to track activity and pipeline. The role emphasizes ruthless prospecting and daily reporting to support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold outreach via calls, DMs, or email.
• Excellent written and spoken English for US clients.
• Strong self-starter able to thrive in a small team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems to track outreach and pipeline.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm CST.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound outreach via calls, DMs, email, and SMS to US business owners.
• Identify and research prospective clients who could benefit from offshore staffing.
• Build and maintain prospect lists in the CRM; keep data clean.
• Qualify leads and hand them off for discovery calls.
• Monitor hiring signals to prioritize outreach.
• Follow up relentlessly until a decision is reached.
• Report daily activity: calls, DMs, emails, responses, booked leads.
