Spear Education, LLC is seeking an Outreach Advisor/SDR to drive new business with proactive lead generation and outbound sales. You will connect with dental professionals, identify qualified opportunities, and help expand our reach in the dental education market.

This full-time, remote role offers base pay of $20–$22 per hour, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred, and HubSpot experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Preferred: experience in sales development or meeting quotas; HubSpot familiarity.
