Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
• Make outbound calls and conduct email and other prospecting activities.
• Engage prospects and build rapport through professional communication.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are handed over.
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and target markets.
• Continuously improve outreach and sales techniques.
