Job summary

Uncapped, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking an SDR to build a portfolio of prospective customers in the US. You will engage founders and finance leaders, qualify opportunities, and collaborate closely with AEs to drive revenue in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have a growth mindset, strong communication, and a passion for enabling e-commerce brands to access flexible working capital. This is a remote US role with opportunities to grow in a high-impact team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or hands-on experience considered.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience with outreach across channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop a portfolio of prospects for working capital products.
• Source leads via multi-channel outreach to Founders, CEOs, CFOs of America’s fastest growing DTC brands and retailers.
• Manage pipeline with CRM and provide accurate flow forecasts.
• Design and implement creative outreach strategies with sales leaders.
• Become a subject matter expert on the working capital funding market.
• Collaborate to improve sales systems, processes, and scripts.
• Partner with AE on discovery calls and support the sales cycle.
• Lead by example to foster an inspiring team environment.
