Job summary

Assistant Launch is seeking a remote, phone-first SDR/BDR to engage busy founders through live calls, iMessage, and email follow-ups. You will qualify, book, and hand off leads to the closer, while keeping a clean pipeline and providing rapid feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound, phone-heavy roles (SDR, BDR, inside sales, appointment setting).
• Ability to hit on metrics: speed, show rate, and pipeline cleanliness.
• Comfort with logging calls/texts and maintaining CRM accuracy.
• Willingness to receive coaching and use AI to prep calls and improve outreach.
• Availability to work Pacific Time (PT) hours.

Responsibilities

• Turn interest into booked meetings by routing qualified leads into the closer pipeline.
• Provide quick handoffs after qualifying calls: identify the founder, delegation needs, and critical details for the closer.
• Maintain a clean pipeline with accurate stages and next steps; update scorecards daily.
• Learn from feedback and refine questioning for future calls to improve results.
• Work on live calls with busy founders via phone, iMessage, and email follow-ups.
