Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Outbound Sales.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR tech sales is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach targeting decision-makers.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
