Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the Catholic market. You will connect with parish and diocesan prospects, perform outbound calling, emailing, and texting to qualify opportunities, and set appointments for Account Executives.

You will rely on Salesforce and Outreach to manage your pipeline, maintaining a proactive and professional communication style while meeting daily call targets and quality metrics.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of inside sales experience, but none required.
• Experience working with Catholic parishes or Catholic diocese recommended and preferred.
• Strong phone and outreach skills with professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls, emails and texts to qualify parishes, dioceses, ministries and non-profits in the Catholic sector.
• Deliver at least 75 cold outbound calls daily.
• Schedule 1–2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
• Explain how Pushpay helps to solve customer challenges with clear value propositions.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.
• Prolonged desk-based work with computers.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high performance and resilience.
