Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking a Sales Development Representative focused on Catholic clients. You will make outbound calls and emails to identify strong prospects among parishes, dioceses, and Catholic ministries, then schedule 1–2 daily appointments for Account Executives.

The role emphasizes solid communication, understanding client challenges, and explaining how Pushpay’s giving and engagement platform supports church communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales experience, but none required.
• Make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
• Schedule 1–2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
• Strong communication skills to understand client challenges and needs.
• Familiarity with Catholic parishes/dioceses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify parishes, dioceses, ministries, and non-profits within the Catholic denomination.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to qualify prospects.
• Schedule appointments between prospects and AEs.
• Describe how Pushpay can address client challenges.
• Maintain pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.
