Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking a Sales Development Representative focused on Catholic prospects. You will make outbound calls to parishes, dioceses, and related ministries, qualifying opportunities and initiating conversations about how Pushpay can meet their charitable giving goals.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work remotely within the US. Previous experience in Catholic contexts and CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years inside sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills for meaningful conversations.
• Ability to make 75+ cold outbound calls daily.
• Experience with Catholic parishes or dioceses preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails and texts to qualify parishes, dioceses, ministries and non-profits within the Catholic denomination.
• Able to make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
• Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
• Explain how Pushpay can help and articulate value to prospects.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.
• Extended periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer.
