Job summary

Pushpay is seeking a Sales Development Representative focused on Catholic prospects. You will make outbound calls to parishes, dioceses, and non-profits, qualifying leads for Account Executives, and building a robust pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.

The role emphasizes strong communication, understanding parish needs, and a willingness to work in a remote-friendly environment. Prior inside sales experience is helpful, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
• Experience with Catholic parishes or Catholic diocese recommended and preferred.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience, but none required.
• High school graduate with BS/BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify parishes and dioceses, ministries and non-profits within the Catholic denomination.
• Able to make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
• Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
• Excellent communication skills to understand prospects' challenges and articulate how Pushpay helps.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Strong computer skills on Mac OSX and Google platforms.
