Pushpay is hiring a Sales Development Representative for Catholic outreach. You will qualify parishes and dioceses, making 75 outbound calls daily and scheduling 1–2 appointments with Account Executives to drive the sales pipeline.

Ideal candidates have inside sales experience, a high school diploma (BS/BA preferred), and familiarity with Catholic church leadership and parish activities. Remote-friendly role with performance-based advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales experience, but none required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
• Experience working with Catholic parishes or Catholic diocese recommended and preferred.
• Knowledge of leadership structure within the Catholic church is helpful.
• Strong communication and questioning skills.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify parishes and dioceses, ministries and non-profits within the Catholic denomination.
• Able to make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
• Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
• Communicate how Pushpay can help prospects with their community engagement goals.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
