Job summary

Near is helping top talent in Latin America find remote roles with US companies. We are seeking a confident SDR to be the first contact for inbound leads, quickly engage prospects, qualify them, and book appointments for the sales team.

This high-volume, metrics-driven role rewards speed-to-lead, appointment show rates, and performance. You will work remotely with US business hours and have growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of SDR/BDR or similar sales experience.
• Experience in outbound or inbound phone sales environments.
• High-volume calling capability and persistence.
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced English communication skills
• Experience using sales CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within minutes to maximize conversions.
• Contact prospective customers by phone to qualify interest and book appointments.
• Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward scheduling a call.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize attendance at booked appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Meet daily outbound call activity goals (300–400 calls/day).
• Achieve weekly appointment booking targets and collaborate with sales team.
