Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a sales-focused professional to join our early-stage AI recruiting platform team. You will introduce services to founders and hiring leaders, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales group. This is a client acquisition role, not candidate recruiting.

You’ll make frequent outbound calls to founders and leaders, reach prospects via email and LinkedIn, and use outreach sequences. Remote work within the United States is available after in-person onboarding in Salt Lake

You will introduce the company's services to founders and hiring leaders, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales team. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make frequent outbound calls to founders and hiring leaders, turning cold conversations into qualified meetings.
• Reach prospects through email and LinkedIn, use outreach sequences, and respond promptly to interested contacts.
• Follow up reliably, share requested information, handle common objections, and reconnect with prospects when timing is better.
• Use prospect lists and AI tools to work efficiently, keeping research focused on what will help start a useful conversation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role, or early-career experience that includes customer-facing work.
• Comfort making calls and communicating with new people across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to maintain a steady pace of outreach, follow through, and learn from regular practice and feedback.
• Must be based in the United States.
