Clera is seeking an energetic sales professional to join our early-stage AI recruiting technology team, helping startups connect with recruiting support. You will introduce services to founders and hiring leaders, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales team.

The role focuses on client acquisition, not candidate recruiting, and requires base in the United States with remote work after onboarding in Salt Lake City, Utah. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role or early-career customer-facing work.
Comfort making calls and communicating with new people across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Ability to maintain a steady pace of outreach and learn from regular practice and feedback.
Must be based in the United States.

Responsabilités

Make frequent outbound calls to founders and hiring leaders, turning cold conversations into qualified meetings.
Reach prospects through email and LinkedIn, use outreach sequences, and respond promptly to interested contacts.
Follow up reliably, share requested information, handle common objections, and reconnect when timing improves.
Use prospect lists and AI tools to work efficiently, keeping research focused on conversations that matter.
