Job summary

Uncapped is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our remote US team. You will own a portfolio of high-growth ecommerce prospects, qualify leads, and initiate outreach to founders, CEOs and CFOs across DTC brands and retailers.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and the AE to design creative multi-channel strategies and move opportunities through the pipeline. This role rewards curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or hands-on experience accepted.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Experience with outreach via cold calling, email or social channels preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and identify businesses suited to Uncapped's working capital products.
• Source leads via multi-channel outreach to Founders, CEOs and CFOs of fast-growing brands.
• Develop and nurture a leads pipeline and provide accurate flow predictions.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to design outreach strategies and scripts.
• Support discovery calls with the AE and help progress deals.
