Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to drive growth for a premier UK-based B2B lead generation agency. You will book high-value meetings with pre-warmed prospects, contributing to the expansion into the DACH market.

You will operate in a fast-paced, global team, focusing on market intelligence turned into real-world results and delivering qualified meetings with decision-makers. This role offers fully remote work and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Native-level German language skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in high-volume Cold Calling & Cold Emailing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Execute a high-volume outreach strategy with ~200 touchpoints per day.
• Maintain a multi-channel approach: 50% phone-based outreach with emails/LinkedIn.
• Achieve 12 outbound meetings booked monthly.
• Identify and qualify leads for strong conversion to meetings.
• Collaborate with intelligence and creative teams to leverage warm leads.
• Manage pipeline and activity daily using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and Slack.
