Job summary

Serco is seeking a PIF/SDF Manager to support NAVSEA and Team Submarine, coordinating investments through PIF/SDF processes. The role emphasizes governance, analysis, and cross-functional guidance to improve supplier capacity and submarine production performance.

Must be able to obtain DoW Secret clearance. Requires 10+ years in large federal programs, with experience in acquisition management, governance, and portfolio execution. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Acquisition, or related discipline.
• The ability to obtain a U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with large, complex DoW or Federal programs, industrial base initiatives, investment portfolios, or supply chain programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the SIB Supply Chain PIF/SDF investment portfolio from identification through evaluation and closeout.
• Provide technical and coordination guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Draft and maintain governance processes, schedules, milestones, and risk plans.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, contracting organizations, shipbuilders, and suppliers to advance investment actions.
• Travel up to 10% to support site visits and program reviews.
