Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a PIF/SDF Manager to coordinate investment governance within the Submarine Industrial Base supply chain. The role drives intake, evaluation, approval, and execution support for PIF and SDF programs, interfacing with NAVSEA, shipbuilders, and suppliers. DoW Secret clearance is required.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop execution plans, and analyze capacity and risk to improve submarine production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• The ability to obtain a U.S. DoW Secret security clearance is required.
• 10+ years of experience with large, complex DoD or federal programs is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with NAVSEA, Team Submarine, and industrial base initiatives.
• Knowledge of DoW acquisition, investment governance, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the SIB Supply Chain PIF/SDF investment portfolio from intake through closeout.
• Provide technical and coordination guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Draft and maintain governance processes, milestones, and risk plans.
• Analyze program and resource requirements and develop recommendations.
• Facilitate multiple concurrent investment actions and prioritize based on impact and funding.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, contracting bodies, shipbuilders, and suppliers.
• Review investment packages for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare executive investment recommendations and status briefings.
