Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a PIF/SDF Manager to coordinate investment governance for the Submarine Industrial Base. The role focuses on intake, evaluation, approval and execution support across NAVSEA and Team Submarine, ensuring investments align with strategic needs.

You will guide cross-functional teams, develop governance artifacts, and analyze capacity and risk to drive improvements in supplier resilience and submarine production performance. A DoW Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or management field required.
Must be able to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
Minimum 10 years’ experience with large DoW/federal programs or industrial base investments.
Experience with NAVSEA, Team Submarine, and major defense programs.
Experience developing investment portfolios, governance, schedules and risk management.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to brief executives.

Responsibilities

Support SIB PIF/SDF investment portfolio from intake to closeout.
Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on investment planning and execution.
Draft and maintain governance processes, schedules, and risk plans.
Analyze program requirements and develop recommendations.
Coordinate with government and industry stakeholders to advance investments.
Prepare executive briefings and status reports for leadership.
Travel up to 10% to supplier sites and reviews.
