Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a PIF/SDF Manager to coordinate administration, tracking, validation, and execution support of industrial base investments for NAVSEA and Team Submarine.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop governance, and ensure investments meet strategic objectives and delivery milestones. Qualified candidates will have a DoW Secret clearance eligibility, 10+ years of experience in large DoW or federal programs, and strong acquisition management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Acquisition, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the SIB Supply Chain PIF/SDF investment portfolio from identification through evaluation, prioritization, and closeout.
