Job summary

Requires a DoW Secret clearance eligibility and 10+ years in complex DoD or federal programs, with strong analytical, communication, and project‑management skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• DoW Secret security clearance eligibility is required.
• 10+ years experience in large, complex DoW or Federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PIF/SDF portfolio from intake through evaluation, approval, award, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Provide technical and cross-functional guidance for investment planning and execution.
• Draft and maintain governance processes, schedules, milestones, and risk plans.
• Analyze program and resource requirements; develop recommendations.
• Facilitate multiple investment actions prioritizing based on production impact and funding.
• Interface with NAVSEA Program Offices, contracting, shipbuilders, and suppliers.
