Job summary

Serco Inc. in Frankfort, KY seeks a PIF/SDF Manager to coordinate industrial base investments for NAVSEA and Team Submarine.

You will manage intake, evaluation, approval, and execution with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and measurable capacity improvements. You will lead governance, schedule development, risk management, and documentation, and provide executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Acquisition, or related discipline.
• The ability to obtain a U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with large, complex DoW or Federal programs, industrial base initiatives, investment portfolios, or supply chain programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams supporting NAVSEA, Team Submarine, major defense acquisition programs, or industrial base initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the SIB Supply Chain PIF/SDF investment portfolio from intake through evaluation, prioritization, approval, award support, execution, and closeout.
• Draft and maintain governance processes, investment schedules, milestones, risk management plans, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with government leaders, NAVSEA offices, shipbuilders, and suppliers to advance investment actions.
• Prepare executive investment recommendations, decision memoranda, portfolio reports, and status briefings for senior leadership.
• Travel up to 10% to support supplier site visits, validation activities, audits, and program reviews.
