Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• DoD DoW-style acquisition knowledge and governance experience suggested.
• 10+ years in large, complex DoD/federal programs or industrial base initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and executive-level briefings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PIF/SDF investments from intake to closeout.
• Provide governance, schedules, milestones, and risk management for investments.
• Draft executive memos and portfolio status updates for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with NAVSEA, contractors, shipbuilders, and stakeholders to advance actions.
• Facilitate governance meetings and execution reviews.
• Support continuous improvement of PIF/SDF processes and templates.
