Job summary

CareSource is seeking an IT Product Owner/Lead to define and drive the strategic vision for IT products, coordinating with the Scrum team to maintain focus on goals aligned with business needs. You will lead backlog prioritization, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery within budget, scope, and schedule.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage dependencies, and support agile practices, while enabling effective UAT and feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Biotechnology, IT Project Management, related field, or foreign degree equivalent
• 5 (Five) years progressively responsible experience as a Test Lead performing functional, system & technical testing and end-to-end testing on projects in the health care insurance domain and financial lines insurance domain

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic vision for and manage IT products and projects.
• Lead the Scrum team to ensure goals align with business needs, budget, schedule, and scope.
• Prioritize and lead the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Guide UAT acceptance criteria and coordinate with stakeholders for feedback and improvements.
