Job summary

CareSource is seeking an IT Product Lead to develop and manage the strategic vision for IT products and projects. You will work closely with the Scrum team to maintain focus on goals, align with business needs, and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

You will prioritize the backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with other Product Owners to align roadmaps and ensure proper implementation. Remote work from anywhere in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Test Lead in health care insurance or financial lines.
• Experience in functional, system & technical testing and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with agile methods and coordinating with Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic vision for IT products and manage projects.
• Lead the Scrum team with clear goals and direction.
• Prioritize backlog and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align roadmaps and dependencies.
