Job summary

CareSource is seeking a senior IT Product Owner/Manager to shape the strategic vision for IT products and manage multi-project portfolios. You will partner with the Scrum team to maintain focus, align with business needs, and ensure budget, schedule, and scope adherence.

You will lead backlog prioritization, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to meet roadmap priorities and integration opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 (Five) years progressively responsible experience as a Test Lead performing functional, system & technical testing and end-to-end testing on projects in the health care insurance domain and financial lines insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic vision for IT products and projects and manage their delivery.
• Lead and motivate the Scrum team with clear goals and direction.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog with acceptance criteria and UAT readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align roadmaps with business goals and IT standards.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos; monitor progress and allocate resources as needed.
• Ensure agile best practices and cross-team dependencies are identified and resolved.
