Job summary

CareSource is seeking an IT Product Owner to develop and execute the strategic vision for IT products and projects. You will work with the Scrum team to maintain focus on goals, align with business needs, and manage budget, schedule, and scope.

Lead with purpose, set clear goals, and define user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development. The role emphasizes prioritizing IT work in line with strategy, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring UAT criteria are defined.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years progressively responsible experience as a Test Lead in health care insurance and financial lines insurance.
• Experience with functional, system & technical testing and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic vision for IT products and manage IT projects.
• Lead the Scrum team, motivate with clear goals and direction.
• Prioritize the product backlog and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align with strategy, budget, schedule and scope.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Demos; monitor progress and resources.
• Promote agile best practices and facilitate cross-team dependencies.
