Elite Metro Corp is seeking an Entry‑Level Scrum Master to join our team. This full‑time remote role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching team members, and removing impediments to improve delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, track progress with Agile metrics, and champion best practices to ensure high‑quality results in remote settings.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Certification in Scrum Master (e.g., CSM) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Passion for driving team collaboration and delivering high‑quality results.
