Job summary

Prestige Staffing seeks a Scrum Master for a remote role, focusing on enabling high-performing cross-functional teams delivering enterprise applications. You will lead Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and align stakeholders on priorities and milestones.

Required are 6+ years in software delivery, strong Scrum/Kanban practice, and MS/PM experience with Azure DevOps or Jira. Bachelor's preferred; SAFe/CSM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting software delivery teams.
• Facilitate Agile delivery using Scrum and/or Kanban in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/project management practices.
• Coaching teams on self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Experience with multi-function teams (10–15+ people).
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps boards or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives).
• Identify and remove blockers; elevate risks and dependencies.
• Maintain and optimize Azure DevOps boards and workflows.
• Define scope, priorities, timelines with stakeholders; adapt plans as priorities shift.
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and communications.
• Provide regular delivery updates on progress, milestones, risks, challenges.
• Support capacity planning and resource management; address bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with product and documentation stakeholders to keep tech docs current.
