Job summary

Software Mind is seeking a Scrum Master to lead and coach cross-functional teams across agile projects. You will help teams self-organize to meet sprint goals, while demonstrating the value of Scrum practices and collaborating with product owners, developers, and QA across broader processes.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on coordination, strong facilitation, and the ability to adapt approaches pragmatically in a dynamic, international project environment.

Qualifications

• +3 years of commercial experience in the Agile way of working.
• Ready to act as a hands-on work coordinator who switches hats and adapts flexibly.
• Proven track record of communicating the value delivered by development teams and the Scrum Master role.
• Experience driving improvements beyond a single team across broader processes with stakeholders.
• Ability to think independently and pragmatically, not rigidly following the Scrum Guide.
• Experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders, presenting and advocating for solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coaching Scrum teams to self-organize to achieve sprint goals.
• Show the value delivered by the teams and by your role.
• Improve the wider process with the PO, business, and other dev/QA teams.
• Adapt your approach pragmatically rather than Scrum by the book.
• Coordinate day-to-day team work, switching hats as needed (coach, SM, or problem-solver).
• Facilitate communication and Scrum ceremonies.
