Job summary

LearnTastic is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to guide agile teams, facilitate effective delivery, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes coaching, Scrum and Kanban, collaboration with Product Owners and engineering, and delivering transparent reporting on progress and risks using Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps. This is a remote opportunity with a global team and 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar delivery lead role.
• Strong hands-on Scrum knowledge and Agile practices.
• Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban; coaching cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as servant leader and Agile coach for teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and backlogs with Product Owners.
• Coach Kanban teams on workflow, WIP limits, and delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and risks.
• Monitor progress with velocity, cycle time, and throughput.
• Maintain visibility of progress and dependencies in Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
