Job summary

Agilyx Corp. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/ Agile Delivery Lead for a remote-first role coordinating with a distributed product and development team. You will coach developers, QA and Product Owners, ensuring clear sprint goals, DoR/DoD adherence, and effective backlogs using Azure DevOps.

You will partner with the Product Manager and CTO to manage delivery schedules, risks, and releases, while promoting transparency, quality, and compliance with ISO standards across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
Experience delivering Salesforce applications (tech development not required)
Hands-on Azure DevOps with boards, backlogs, queries, dashboards and delivery analytics
Experience coaching fully remote, cross-functional teams across time zones
Certification in Scrum or Agile, backed by practical experience

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events and coach developers, QA and Product Owners
Ensure sprint goals reflect capacity, dependencies and testing needs
Refine unclear or oversized work with Product Owners
Resolve impediments and lead retrospectives with action owners
Maintain ownership, status, estimates and acceptance criteria for work items
Set up process for urgent/unplanned work and track impact on capacity
Maintain dashboards and reporting on Sprint Goal progress, risks, carry-over and blockers
Coordinate release plans, readiness reviews and post-release follow-ups with teams
Promote transparency, accountability and continuous improvement
Comply with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 practices
