Zusammenfassung

KaizenGlobal is seeking a Scrum Master for a fully remote role focused on guiding delivery across hybrid environments. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and coordinate dependencies while partnering with the Product Manager to ensure backlog readiness and predictable delivery.

The role supports migration to Azure DevOps, aligns with governance standards, and requires strong servant leadership, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation across Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years experience as Scrum Master or Delivery Facilitator on software projects.
CSM/PSM or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience facilitating hybrid Agile/Waterfall/Kanban environments.
Experience with Azure DevOps boards, backlogs and reporting.

Aufgaben

Facilitate Agile ceremonies across Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall workflows.
Remove impediments and coordinate cross-team delivery.
Support backlog readiness and protect work commitment.
Assist with Azure DevOps migration and board configuration.
Report scope, status and risk to stakeholders.
