Job summary

VG Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Lead & Backlog Analyst to guide delivery teams, maintain a healthy backlog, and ensure smooth sprint execution. This role is primarily remote (about 85%), with occasional onsite work 2-4 times per month in Washington, DC.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog health, translate needs into epics and user stories, and collaborate via Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams. HUBZone residents receive preference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
• Strong backlog discipline and prioritization.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead core Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Manage backlog health and prioritize with Product Owners.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Configure Azure DevOps boards, dashboards, and reports.
• Facilitate cross-team workshops and maintain SOPs.
