Job summary

Kaizen Analytix seeks a part-time Scrum Master to guide delivery across a hybrid environment. Facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and partner with the Product Manager to maintain backlog readiness. Support the Azure DevOps migration and ensure governance alignment with Agile practices.

Remote role with potential for limited travel; requires CSM/PSM and 3+ years in hybrid Agile settings, strong communication, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years as Scrum Master or delivery facilitator on software projects.
• Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ceremonies and kanban/Waterfall status across teams.
• Remove impediments and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Partner with Product Manager on backlog readiness and scope.
• Support Azure DevOps migration, boards, and reporting.
• Monitor scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as a liaison to align teams with client goals.
• Promote governance and Agile best practices across delivery.
