Parallel Learning is actively hiring three virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) licensed in Tennessee for immediate school-year support. Join a mission-driven team delivering 30‑minute, IEP-aligned teletherapy to middle and high school students across the United States.

You will manage ~55 students per SLP, lead IEP meetings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while leveraging our Clinical Tool Library. A $500 sign-on bonus and onboarding stipend are offered for rapid onboarding.

Qualificações

• CCC‑SLP certification is required.
• Active Tennessee SLP license.
• Minimum 1 year full-time school-based IEP therapy experience.
• 2+ years for case management assignments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the IEP process and reporting.
• Medicaid billing experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with diverse students.
• Proficient with virtual telehealth platforms and digital records.
• Availability for a 35-hour work week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of about 55 students per SLP.
• Provide 30-minute, IEP-aligned virtual therapy sessions for middle/high school.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments using Parallel’s clinical tools.
• Lead IEP meetings and provide full case management with multidisciplinary teams.
• Track session data and student progress; offer IEP consultations.
• Develop detailed, goal-oriented progress reports for each cycle.
• Deliver state-specific services including AAC, Pre-K interventions, screenings, and SLPA supervision.
