Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 100% remote, part-time role serving PreK-12 students in Kentucky. The SLP will assess, plan, and deliver therapies to improve articulation, language, and communication, collaborating with educators and families to support IEP goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in SLP, ASHA certification, and state licensure, with pediatric/teletherapy experience and AAC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience providing services to K-12 students in virtual settings is preferred.
• Proficiency with pediatric assessment tools and therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
• Teletherapy experience and knowledge of AAC systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments and needs.
• Provide direct therapy services in articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to support goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and reports accurately and timely.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student needs planning.
