E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote K-12 team. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to PreK-12 students, developing individualized plans, delivering direct therapy, and collaborating with educators and families in a virtual setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in SLP, ASHA certification, and a current or eligible state license. Teletherapy experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA certification is required.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Experience delivering speech-language services in K-12 or pediatric settings.
• Experience with teletherapy is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support communication goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities into therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language needs.
