Stride, Inc. is recruiting for a Remote Private School Operations Supervisor. You will act as a subject matter expert in private school operations, oversee enrollment and student accounts, and drive process improvements. This role involves resolving escalated issues, coaching staff, and collaborating with Finance, Support, Product, and Technology teams.

The position emphasizes data integrity, adherence to SLAs, and the deployment of updated SOPs for efficient, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education not required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years in operational, enrollment, or customer support roles.
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume settings; independent work ability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; capable of mentoring.

Responsabilités

• Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues and maintain SLAs.
• Manage high-volume service queues and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee student account administration, enrollment changes, refunds, and payments.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Enrollment, Academics, Finance, Support, Product, and Tech.
• Document SOPs, train new hires, and monitor quality and compliance.
• Generate operational reports and provide insights for decisions.
