Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a Virtual Speech‑Language Pathologist to work 2-3 days per week on a flexible, remote schedule. This role offers a competitive salary and strong benefits and mentorship.

You will support students with IEPs, conduct evaluations, and provide language and articulation services from a home or remote location. The ideal candidate will hold an SLP master’s degree, ASHA certification, and a valid MD SLP license (or be in process).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA certification.
• MD Speech-Pathology License (or application pending).
• At least 1 year of experience with school-based SLP and IEP fluency.
• Virtual therapy experience at least 1 year strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality services to students based on IEP/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports.
• Determine strengths and areas of concern in speech, language, fluency, and oral motor.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions and collaborate with school teams.
