Job summary

Synapse Speech-Language Pathology Group, PLLC in Memphis, TN, is seeking energetic Speech-Language Teletherapy Facilitators for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role supports students and therapists by helping them log into teletherapy sessions and stay focused during treatment.

The Facilitator works 2-3 weekdays per week, travels between school locations, and collaborates closely with SLPs and SLP-As to reschedule sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Background check clearance is required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to walk, bend, sit, and stand during the work shift.
• Provide own transportation to multiple school locations.
• Experience in school settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in logging into virtual therapy sessions as scheduled by the treating therapist.
• Troubleshoot technical difficulties during teletherapy sessions.
• Monitor session environment to ensure students are engaged and ready.
• Collaborate with SLPs and SLP-As to reschedule sessions as needed.
