Job summary

Synapse Speech-Language Pathology Group, PLLC in Memphis, TN, is seeking energetic and highly motivated Speech Language Pathologists to join our teletherapy team of school‑based SLPs for the 2026‑2027 school year.

The role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, and voice issues, collaborating with families and school staff, and delivering services remotely during the school day. Strong pediatric experience and licensure in TN are desired.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• CCC preferred, but CFs considered.
• Current TN SLP License (or willing to obtain).
• Current TN Educator License (or willing to obtain).
• Have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Pass background check clearance.
• Experience with pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, develop and implement therapy goals
• Diagnose speech and language pathologies
• Act as a liaison and collaborate with other professionals/team members and families to provide well-rounded care
• Educate students and teachers in proper treatment techniques, including the use of assistive devices
• Provide written documentation of client services, including but not limited to, writing session notes and uploading them to a database timely
• Develop or collaborate on the development of the IEP (Individual Education Plan)
