Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in California. This full-time role offers remote options and collaboration with school districts nationwide to deliver school-based services to students.

You will assess, plan, and provide therapy, participate in IEPs, and maintain compliant documentation while staying current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying.
• Some states may require a school-specific credential such as a Washington ESA certificate.
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC.
• SLPs applying in states they do not reside in must hold a state license in both states.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality therapy support.
• Values collaboration and student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with teachers, parents, and other professionals as needed.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders, focusing on articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal development and student success.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on strategies for facilitating communication development.
• Stay informed about best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology through professional development.
