Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) seeks licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in Sunnyvale, CA. This part-time, on-site role involves delivering direct therapy and developing IEP-driven plans for students.

You will assess, treat, and consult with teachers and parents, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliant documentation while collaborating with a supportive team. The position supports professional growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CCC.
• SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold a license in both states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with teachers and parents.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support student goals.
• Collaborate with educators and administrators to support communication in classrooms.
• Maintain documentation of progress and communication in compliance with standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on therapy strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
