Sutherland Global in Houston is seeking a temporary remote customer service specialist to support families and schools involved in our scholarship program. You will respond to incoming calls and guide applicants through the scholarship process, ensuring questions are answered and eligibility is clear.

In this 6-month contract, you will work from a quiet, secure home office with reliable wired internet and access to Microsoft Office tools to manage inquiries and document interactions with callers

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English
• Drive to solve problems and meet goals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent wired internet connectivity and a quiet, distraction-free, secure place to work.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incoming calls related to student inquiries and scholarship applications.
• Provide information on funding status and ensure callers are satisfied.
• Assist families and schools participating in the scholarship program.
• Ensure students are registered.
