Job summary

Scholarship America is seeking a Scholarship Program Administrator to manage a portfolio of scholarship programs, guiding client partners through every stage from contract approval to payments and reporting. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support students, parents, and schools in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong client relationship skills, Excel proficiency, and a commitment to improving student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Successful background with client relationships through account management and/or customer service.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups in on-site and virtual environments.
• Effective professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong time management and prioritization to manage competing priorities.
• Attention to detail to ensure programs are administered per contract parameters.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Foster partner relationships and provide guidance to maximize program impact.
• Oversee scholarship processes including applications, evaluations, and payments.
• Consult with clients on best practices to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain detailed student and financial records and generate reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support program delivery.
• Prepare program details for contracts, calendars, and reporting.
