Job summary

Colorado State University in Fort Collins seeks a Program Manager for Scholar Success Programs to advance student success through high-touch advising and hands-on program management.

You will support first-generation and limited-income students, coordinate scholarship foundations and donors, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with university and federal requirements.

This role requires collaboration across campus and with the C4E network, and may supervise student staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in K-12, higher education, or college access.
• Experience delivering direct, individualized and group student support.
• Commitment to serving diverse student populations.
• Experience managing program logistics and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer scholarship programs and foundation partnerships.
• Serve as liaison to foundations and donors.
• Provide holistic student success coaching to an assigned caseload.
• Assess student needs and coordinate interventions.
• Maintain student records and ensure compliance.
• Develop and facilitate student engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Community for Excellence (C4E) Network and campus partners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
