PeaceHealth is seeking a Supervisor Centralized Scheduling for a remote position with occasional in-person needs. The role leads scheduling across Surgery, Imaging, and other departments, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling expertise are essential. You will supervise staff, develop workflows, and collaborate with leaders to align with budgets and service targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years scheduling and health records experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Leadership training and experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proactive, takes initiative and effective communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor services and develop performance indicators.
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop policies and processes to improve service delivery and operations.
• Create scheduling algorithms and workflows for multiple departments.
• Educate providers on scheduling processes and patient safety.
• Coordinate with leadership on resource planning and compliance.
• Communicate with PFS for prior authorizations and travel between networks.
