ExamWorks, Inc. in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

The role schedules examinations, coordinates appointments with clients, physicians, and examinees, and ensures provider specialties and locations meet client requirements. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm EST, pays $22–$24 per hour, and involves arranging ancillary services, confirming appointments, handling records, and supporting multiple offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year related experience; medical office experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule examinations through the system database.
• Schedule and confirm appointment dates and times with physicians' offices.
• Communicate with clients regarding appointment scheduling, physician CVs, appointment changes, no shows, cancellations, and receipt of medical records/images.
• Confirm receipt of records for record review referrals.
• Prepare and send exam notification letters daily.
• Coordinate ancillary services (interpretation, chaperones, transportation, site rentals).
• Arrange lodging and/or transportation for out-of-town examinees.
• Process mail, deliveries and shipments as needed.
